2. LA MH Products

LA MH offers original jewellery, sculptures, artworks, accessories, and other creative pieces.

Many LA MH products are handmade, individually finished, limited-edition, or one of a kind. Small differences in colour, texture, finish, shape, size, pattern, and surface detail are part of the individual character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Reasonable efforts are made to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, and colours are accurate. However:

• Handmade pieces may contain natural or intentional variations.

• Product photographs may not show the exact scale of an item.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an ordered product is unavailable, LA MH may cancel the order and return any payment received for that product.

Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve it.

Where LA MH cancels an order after receiving payment, the relevant payment will be returned using the original payment method.

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, and other destination charges may be charged separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment, billing, and delivery information.

6. International Orders

Customers placing international orders are responsible for confirming that the product can legally be imported into their country.

The recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

LA MH is not responsible for customs delays, border inspections, unpaid import charges, or restrictions imposed by local authorities.

Refusing to pay customs or import charges does not automatically provide a right to a refund.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates and timeframes shown on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

LA MH is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

The product and original packaging should be retained until LA MH has reviewed the issue.

All LA MH sales are final.

LA MH does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests because a customer has changed their mind.

This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to products that are materially defective, incorrectly supplied, or significantly different from their description.

LA MH products may contain delicate, irregular, pointed, small, fragile, or breakable components.

LA MH is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Exposure to water, moisture, chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, heat, or sunlight.

• Normal wear and ageing.
