Refund & Returns

All Sales Are Final

All products purchased from LA MH are non-returnable and non-refundable.

LA MH does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds where:

  • The customer changes their mind.

  • The customer no longer wants or needs the product.

  • The product does not match the customer’s personal preference.

  • The customer selected the wrong size, colour, style, or delivery address.

  • The colour appears different because of a screen or device.

  • The product contains natural or handmade variations.

  • The product has been used, worn, damaged, altered, or repaired.

  • The product shows normal wear or ageing.

Many LA MH products are original, handmade, limited-edition, individually finished, or one of a kind.

Small variations and irregularities that form part of the intended artistic or handmade nature of a product are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should contact LA MH if an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or appears to have a material manufacturing defect.

The issue must be reported through the website contact form as soon as possible after delivery.

The message should include:

  • The customer’s name.

  • The customer’s email address.

  • The order number.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Photographs of the complete product.

  • Close-up photographs of the affected area.

  • Photographs of the packaging.

  • A photograph of the shipping label where relevant.

Customers should not return a product before receiving instructions from LA MH.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

After reviewing the issue, LA MH may provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Repairing the product.

  • Replacing the product where possible.

  • Providing store credit.

  • Providing a partial refund.

  • Providing a refund where legally required.

An identical replacement may not be possible for a unique or one-of-a-kind product.

Products That Are Not Eligible for a Remedy

LA MH may refuse a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund where the issue was caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Accidental damage.

  • Incorrect handling or storage.

  • Failure to follow care instructions.

  • Exposure to water, moisture, chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, heat, or sunlight.

  • Unauthorised repairs, alterations, or resizing.

  • Natural ageing or changes in materials.

  • Handmade or artistic variations.

  • Damage that occurred after delivery.

Shipping and Customs Costs

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, and delivery costs are non-refundable unless required by law or the issue resulted directly from an error by LA MH.

Where a return is approved, LA MH will provide instructions regarding packaging, return delivery, and shipping costs.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
